Synopsis :
The Cold war has lasted for 140 years now, with the super powers of the
West and East blocks maintaining a fragile "false" peace between
themselves.

But hidden behind this peace exists a more violent and uncertain world,
where spies, intelligence agents and turncoats seek to give one side an
advantage over the other. It is in this world that West Block secret
agent Mylene Hoffman, alias 009-1, and her cyborg allies operate, fight
and live, to maintain the false peace instead of permitting total
destruction.
